Although we are a new company, our experience spans 35 years. Agassiz Water Services is a limited liability company based in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Started by Melissa Zeis and Ken Mantei, AWS strives to provide reliable maintenance services to both private fire hydrant owners and municipalities.
Mr. Mantei has been the water crew services foreman for a public utility for over 35 years. He has extensive experience in fire hydrant maintenance and repair, gate valve maintenance, raising hydrants, raising and lowering gate valve boxes, and exercising inoperable gate valves until operable.
Ms. Zeis is an engineer-in-training with relevant experience in water distribution design and water flow design. Ms. Zeis is also familiar with and has experience in locating funding from multiple sources. That funding includes both grants and loans from multiple agencies
